Silver Ball Century ep. 44 - Early 1985 - Enter Your Initials

It's the dawn of the alphanumeric era! Gottlieb's Chicago Cubs Triple Play is the first pinball game we're playing with an alphanumeric display, so that instead of just showing a score, it can show text and ask us to enter our initials for a high score.
It's not the first pinball game with an alphanumeric display - that honor goes to Af-Tor (Wico, 1984), a fairly obscure game with no VPX version. It's also not quite the first time I'll get to enter my initials, because that was Baby Pac-Man (Bally, 1982) in episode 39, with its arcade CRT display.
Oh, also, I got to enter initials on the alphanumeric display of Hyperball (Williams, 1981), which I included in episode 37, but that's not actually a pinball game.
Silver Ball Century goes live on Thursday, December 11, starting at 8pm on twitch.tv/arborelia.
